This individual will collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities to include:

Assist with stockroom operations including inventory control, materials movement, receiving, cycle counting and physical inventories Receive and inspect incoming electrical components and mechanical assemblies Maintain very high standards of inventory accuracy Maintains master file of stock items by assigning number to new stock items; updating inventory counts and recording reorder point information. Utilize inventory management computer systems, preferably pcMRP, to track inventory levels and movement Monitor inventory levels and request replenishment as needed Optimize layout of stockroom for efficiency Ensure policies for ESD, moisture sensitivity, and other storage requirements are followed Collect and forward packing slips and shipping documentation Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment Experience using inventory management computer systems, preferably pcMRP Ability to work independently with limited supervision Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills A hands-on, "get it done" attitude Ability to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines Knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows 7, Word, Excel, etc. Excellent oral and written English skills U.S. citizen or resident status
