You will own the full order fulfillment cycle, from pulling and packing outbound orders to assembling clutch kits and maintaining warehouse accuracy. You are the last set of hands before a product reaches our customers and dealers, which means quality and attention to detail are non-negotiable. Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick and pack outbound orders accurately and on time for both direct-to-consumer and dealer shipments. Verify order contents against packing slips before sealing and labeling each shipment Assist with returns and incoming freight, inspect, document, and route accordingly Maintain a clean, organized shipping station with adequate packing supplies on hand Assembly & Production Assist with assembly of clutch kits to Action Clutch specifications across in-house and private label brands Perform clutch disc assembly, hub broaching, riveting, and component modifications as needed Resurface and modify flywheels, pressure plates, and related components Clean, paint, and prep components prior to assembly Inspect and verify all assemblies before they move to shipping Inventory & Warehouse Assist production manager with inventory counts weekly and after every receiving shipment Maintain stock of flywheels, release bearings, alignment tools, and assembly components Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and clean at all times Requirements Strong attention to detail, you catch mistakes before they leave the building Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly Team player High school diploma or equivalent required Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Who We Are Action Clutch has been building performance clutch kits in Los Angeles since 1962.
