About Us Valtcan is a premium titanium cookware and outdoor gear brand. We sell direct to customers who care about quality, and every order that leaves our hands reflects that standard. This is a small, founder-run operation, so you'll work closely with the owner and have a real hand in how customers experience the brand. The Role We ship around 15 orders a day and need a reliable, detail-oriented person to pack and ship them. The job is straightforward but it matters: get every order out the door on time, packed cleanly, and tracked correctly. Because our products are premium, presentation counts. A well-packed box is part of what the customer is paying for. This is a part-time position, roughly 10 to 12 hours per week on a set schedule (for example Monday / Wednesday / Friday ship sessions), with some flexibility on exact hours. What You'll Do Pack daily Shopify and Amazon orders to our packing standard (we'll train you, and there's a simple photo guide for every product) Print shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup or drop-off Include the right inserts and finishing touches in each box Keep the packing station organized and supplies stocked, and flag when materials run low Note any damaged or low inventory so we can reorder in time Help organize and optimize workflow, shelving, inventory, packing materials What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual. Orders ship on schedule, every session Detail-oriented. Right product, right box, clean presentation, correct label Able to lift 30 to 40 lbs comfortably. Reliable transportation to the Trabuco Canyon area Comfortable working independently after training
