Job Description

Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for: Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset and engaging in the Mid Valley Family Foods Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, allocate resources, and sustain improvement opportunities. Schedule inbound and outbound trucks Provide paperwork (Pick Ticket) to the Vault team for loading Process and post paperwork in SAP, DAX, Excel & Yardview Attain all appropriate signatures needed to complete paperwork Check in and out drivers as needed Manage aging finished goods for liquidation and donation orders Verify daily reports that orders are completed Receiving finished goods inbound from other facilities Oversee restocking of pick locations Oversee all paperwork for modular pallets Manage past due open inbounds and outbounds Correspond daily with CCNA on updates regarding customer orders and schedules Coordinate and confirm customer appointments and schedules Assign Shipping Office duties - Cross Training Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and support to Shipping Office team members to ensure priorities, workflow, and expectations are clearly communicated and completed. Serve as a backfill for managers during absences by coordinating team activities, addressing routine operational questions, and escalating issues as appropriate. Provide coverage for other Shipping Office desks as needed to support workflow continuity. Manage Shipping office, Finish Goods CCNA Inv., Inbound Claims & Customer Returns QA Releases for Fairlife Milk, Manage Block Stock in SAP, and other SAP/System issues. Coordinate with Warehouse Manager any dump loads for CCNA Finished Goods approved by QA and Admin. Perform daily and monthly inventory counts in accordance with CCNA requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
