Job Description

Based in Orange County, we specialize in high-performance foam products and custom fabrication solutions that serve a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Known for combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, we partner closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that support product performance, protection, and efficiency.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk (English/Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for inbound and outbound shipments, operating a forklift safely, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records. The ideal candidate has forklift experience and strong warehouse and shipping and receiving experience is a plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a forklift safely and efficiently to load and unload materials within the warehouseReceive, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing listsPrepare, stage, and load outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation for carriers.

Accurately enter receiving and shipping information into the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory tracking tools; maintain up-to-date records.

Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Assist with scheduling carriers and coordinating logistics to meet daily shipping deadlines.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; additional logistics/warehouse training preferred.

Fluent in Spanish and EnglishForklift experience and current certification1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logisticsFamiliarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software and basic computer skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
