$22-25 / hour Job Description We are needing to hire an operator for our Custom Shop. This is similar to the Print Operator, but with some additional responsibilities that will fill the rest of the day. This role will be responsible for all of the LogoJet printing like before, but also be responsible for using our ERP system and printing production slips for orders along with their corresponding merchandise. They will also be responsible for fulfillment of the orders Custom Shop Operator About the Role The Custom Shop Operator is responsible for the end-to-end production and fulfillment of custom and corporate gifting orders. You'll be a key part of our warehouse team, ensuring every customized gift is assembled accurately, and on time Responsibilities Build and assemble custom gift orders according to client specifications, including branded packaging, custom mugs, water bottles, sleeves, and personalized inserts Operate and maintain equipment used in the custom shop (custom shop software, logojet printer, paper cutter and creaser) Coordinate with the operations and customer success teams on order priorities and deadlines Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations throughout the shift Perform quality control checks on outgoing custom orders Flag discrepancies, damaged product, or inventory shortages to the custom shop manager Support receiving, restocking, and general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse, production, or light manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in every order Ability to read and follow written work orders and instructions Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs Reliable, punctual, and a team player Nice to Have Experience in a gifting, e-commerce, or food production environment Familiarity with inventory or order management systems Pay range: $22-$25/ hr. Typical hours will likely be 8-4 with flexibility of about an hour give or take on both ends depending on volume. Training will be 10-3.
