This hands-on role combines office administration, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and support for production and quality initiatives. Accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and log raw materials and incoming shipments Prepare, package, and ship finished parts Create and process purchase orders and input orders into system Update production schedules as requested Enter billing information and support accounts payable/receivable processes Maintain vendor compliance and assist with AS9100 audits Support general office tasks: filing, data entry, and document organization Operate basic office equipment: phone systems, copiers, printers, etc. Work independently and manage tasks as a self-starter Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications Previous office and/or shipping & receiving experience preferred Experience with raw material handling and inventory management Proficient in basic office equipment and computer applications Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced aerospace environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Benefits Paid weekly Flexible part-time schedule Positive, team-oriented work environment This role offers a vibrant work environment where your contributions directly impact our success.
