Job Description

Employment Solutions is hiring a Shipper/Receiver to support warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products while ensuring inventory accuracy, organization, and a safe work environment.
Location:
Milford, CT Pay:
$19/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Schedule Flexibility:
Start time may move earlier based on business needs
Employment Type:
Temp-Hire Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for accuracy and damage Label, track, and properly store inventory Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation Load and unload trucks while handling materials carefully Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Support the logistics team with daily operations and process improvements Qualifications 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Apply today!
