• 22/hr Job Location Seymour, CT Work Hours 1st Shift Description We are seeking an experienced Shipping Associate with a technical warehouse background and previous experience shipping electronics or electronic components.

This is a hands-on shipping position within an electronics manufacturing environment. Candidates must have experience working with inventory control, purchase order (PO) numbers, serial numbers, part numbers, and shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with detailed technical inventory and understand the importance of accuracy when handling and shipping electronic products. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, package, and ship electronic products, finished goods, and materials Verify product quantities, part numbers, PO numbers, serial numbers, and documentation prior to shipment Generate and process shipping paperwork, packing slips, and labels Accurately track inventory and shipping transactions within internal systems Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal departments Maintain accurate shipping and inventory control records Inspect packaging to ensure products are properly protected during shipment Follow ESD, quality, and safety procedures when handling electronic materials Support inventory control and material handling activities as needed Identify and communicate shipping discrepancies or documentation issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area Qualifications Previous technical warehouse or shipping experience required Previous experience shipping electronics or electronic components required Hands-on experience with inventory control Experience working with PO numbers, serial numbers, part numbers, and detailed shipping documentation Experience within an electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCB/PCBA, or similar technical environment preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to safely lift, move, package, and handle materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Other Job Information 1st Shift Temp-to-Perm opportunity Onsite position in Seymour, CT No remote work available Company Overview Founded in 2010, Top Prospect Group was created with a focus on matching high-quality candidates with top clients while fostering an environment where success is shared by all.
