Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is Shipping and Receiving; process Incoming Mail and Packages; process Outgoing Mail and Packges; zero lifting restriction

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Shipping and Receiving Process Incoming Mail and Packages Process Outgoing Mail and Packages Delivering Incoming Packages Picking up Mail and Packages from Outgoing Areas Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion. Escalate any and all issues to Manager when necessary. Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to Manager. Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution. Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting with zero restrictions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Basic computer skills; Excel, Word, etc Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties. Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately. Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing. Previous experience in Shipping and Receiving is advantageous.
