About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Operations Specialist to own the fulfillment side of our business — from the moment an order sells to the moment it ships. You'll be responsible for packaging orders professionally, verifying accuracy, and keeping our Shipping Operations Lead informed so we can move fast without making mistakes. This is a great entry point for someone looking to build hands-on experience in fulfillment, logistics, and operations across fashion, luxury, and sporting goods categories — all within a fast-growing startup where strong performers have real room to grow. What You'll Do Pack sold orders neatly and professionally, consistent with our brand presentation standards Review video receipts to verify that each order is fulfilled accurately before it ships Maintain an organized, efficient packing workflow to meet daily fulfillment targets Track and report on fulfillment progress to the Shipping Operations Lead Proactively flag backlogs, bottlenecks, or fulfillment issues so the team can take timely action Keep the shipping area clean, stocked, and operationally ready Follow all internal processes for labeling, documentation, and carrier handoff What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail — accuracy in fulfillment is non-negotiable Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage a steady volume of orders Comfortable watching video receipts and cross-referencing against order details Clear communicator who proactively surfaces issues rather than letting them pile up Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality Team-oriented with a positive, get-it-done attitude Nice to Have Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce Familiarity with shipping carriers, label generation, or order management systems Background in retail, resale, or handling apparel, accessories, or luxury goods Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), and more.
