Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods through our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient shipping and receiving operations. Your proactive approach will help streamline warehouse distribution processes, support e-commerce order processing, and uphold safety standards across all activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and inventory control will make a significant impact. Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards are met Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment aligned with safety regulations and best practices Receiving materials in from various vendors Must be able to read a tape measure and be able to lift 70 pounds. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly preferred Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock management Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and order pickers Familiarity with e-commerce logistics processes and packaging requirements for various product types Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order accuracy Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines consistently Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Join us in this energetic role where your expertise will drive operational excellence!
