Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling product for customer's orders and shipping the product using Worldship and FedEx while managing the flow of goods in and out of our distribution center, ensuring that packages are accurately processed and stocked. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting order fulfillment. Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages. Process outgoing shipments by preparing packages for delivery, including labeling and documentation. Utilize a pallet jack and forklift to move products within the warehouse efficiently. Order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately. Conduct regular inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow within the shipping and receiving department. Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role or similar position is preferred. Familiarity with package handling, order fulfillment processes, and distribution center operations is a plus. Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing. . Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
