Job Description

STAR Health Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and hardworking 3rd Shift Fulfillment Associate to join our growing operations team. The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for preparing customer orders, handling finished products, organizing inventory, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring shipments are completed accurately and on time. This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, moving, and stacking products throughout the shift. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience and is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately. Load and unload finished products and raw materials. Move inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas. Stack pallets and organize finished goods. Verify order accuracy before shipment. Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness. Follow shipping and receiving procedures. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when authorized. Assist production and warehouse teams as needed. Follow all GMP, workplace safety, and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance is required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the entire shift. Ability to bend, reach, squat, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to move pallets, boxes, and finished products throughout the warehouse. Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Highly Preferred Warehouse or fulfillment experience. Shipping & Receiving experience. Inventory control experience. Experience using pallet jacks. Manufacturing experience. Experience working overnight or 3rd shift. Schedule Full-Time - 3rd Shift 40 hours per week guaranteed. Overtime available based on production needs. Compensation $15.50 per hour
Pay:
From $15.50 per hour Application Question(s): Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance. This position is for our permanent 3rd Shift, working from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 9:00 AM. Are you comfortable working this overnight schedule on a full-time basis?
