Shipping and Receiving Alliance Aeronautical Composites Medley, FL Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Photography Computer operation Packing Computer literacy English Forklift Aviation Warehouse experience Full Job Description Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Aviation Alliance Aeronautical Composites, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our aviation repair facility in Medley, FL. This is a hands-on position responsible for properly documenting aircraft components as they enter and leave our facility . The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with computers, and pays close attention to details.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming aircraft components and packages. Verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, customer information, and paperwork . Photograph incoming parts and packaging to document their condition. Enter receiving information and upload photos into our company system. Label and route received components to the appropriate department. Report damaged packages, missing paperwork, or other discrepancies. Process completed orders for release to customers. Verify the correct part, serial number, work order, and required paperwork before release. Photograph outgoing components, paperwork, and packaging as required. Package components and prepare them for customer-arranged carrier pickup. Maintain accurate electronic records and an organized work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail is essential. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to accurately read and enter numbers and information. Organized, dependable, and punctual. Able to follow established procedures consistently. Comfortable handling, photographing, and packaging aircraft components. Able to safely lift and move packages and components as needed. Previous shipping, receiving, aviation, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate .
