This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing aircraft parts, tools, and materials with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate has previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady Monday through Friday schedule and competitive pay based on experience.
The Day-to-Day:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aircraft parts, tools, and materials against purchase orders and shipping documents. Process shipments accurately while maintaining updated inventory records in the company system. Prepare and package outgoing orders according to customer requirements and aviation industry standards. Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability for aviation components. Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits. Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, and logistics teams regarding inventory needs and shipment schedules.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience required. Aviation, aerospace, or aircraft parts experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping software. Forklift certification is a plus.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00
PM Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
