is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, issuing, and tracking parts, materials, tools, and supplies. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to work in a fast-paced aviation MRO environment. Responsibilities Receive incoming parts, materials, supplies, and equipment. Verify quantities and condition of received items against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation. Properly label, identify, and store inventory in designated locations. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts. Maintain accurate inventory records in the company system. Issue parts and materials to authorized personnel and departments. Assist with picking and preparing parts or materials for production, repair, or shipment. Maintain traceability and proper documentation for aviation parts and materials. Organize shelves, bins, racks, and storage areas. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Assist with reconciliation of physical inventory against system records. Identify damaged, expired, incorrect, or nonconforming materials and notify the appropriate department. Maintain separation and identification of serviceable, unserviceable, and quarantined materials as required. Support Shipping & Receiving operations when needed. Assist with packing and preparing materials for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable aviation/MRO requirements. Perform other warehouse and inventory duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software. Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, labels, and inventory documentation. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Experience Aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or MRO warehouse experience. Familiarity with aircraft parts, components, tooling, or materials. Experience with inventory management or ERP systems. Knowledge of traceability, shelf-life control, and material identification. Shipping and receiving experience. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks. Ability to safely lift and move boxes, parts, and materials up to approximately 50 lbs. Ability to work in a warehouse and industrial environment.
