we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Shipping & Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling packages, and being part of a growing local business. Responsibilities Assist customers with shipping, packing, and drop-off services Prepare and package items for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Weigh, label, and process shipments accurately Sell packing materials and related services Answer phones and assist walk-in customers Keep the store organized and professional Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills (POS or shipping software a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Prior shipping, retail, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
