UpAero Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Inspector to support our aviation parts operations. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, storing, and shipping aircraft and engine components in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable aviation quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with aviation documentation, and committed to ensuring every part is properly identified, protected, and traceable. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming aircraft parts, engine components, and materials. Compare received items against purchase orders, packing slips, and vendor documentation. Inspect parts for correct part number, serial number, quantity, condition, and packaging. Review trace documentation, certifications, FAA 8130-3 forms, EASA Form 1 documents, certificates of conformance, teardown reports, and other supporting records. Identify missing, incorrect, or questionable documentation and place affected material in quarantine. Report shortages, overages, shipping damage, documentation discrepancies, and suspected unapproved parts. Photograph received material and upload documentation into the company inventory system. Apply inventory labels and ensure parts are stored in the correct warehouse location. Maintain proper separation and identification of serviceable, unserviceable, repaired, and quarantined material. Pick and verify parts for customer orders. Confirm part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, condition codes, and documentation before shipment. Package aviation parts properly to prevent damage during transportation. Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, commercial invoices, and other shipping documents. Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight carriers and couriers. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory records. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Follow company quality procedures and applicable ASA-100 and

requirements. Support internal, customer, and quality-system audits. Perform other warehouse and quality-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inspection, or aviation parts experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and document accuracy. Basic knowledge of purchase orders, sales orders, packing slips, and shipping documents. Ability to identify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and material condition. Comfortable using computers, email, inventory systems, scanners, and shipping software. Ability to communicate clearly with purchasing, sales, quality, and warehouse personnel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license preferred. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working for an aviation parts distributor, repair station, airline, MRO, or aircraft engine company. Familiarity with

FAA 8130-3, EASA

Form 1, certificates of conformance, and aviation trace documentation. Knowledge of

ASA-100, FAA AC

00-56, and aviation material handling procedures. Experience shipping aircraft engine components, rotable parts, or hazardous materials. Familiarity with domestic and international shipping requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely use warehouse equipment and packaging tools. Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments.
