Customer Service/ Shipping Associate We are a manufacturing company over 30 years looking for a dependable , organized and friendly customer-focused person to join our team at our St. Petersburg Florida Office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an office environment helping our customers and distributors. There will be a variety of office, customer service, order processing and shipping responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers & Distributors Entering and processing orders using QuickBooks Processing outgoing Shipments Printing and applying shipping labels to boxes for shipping Maintaining accurate records, paperwork and filing Assist with general office duties as needed. We are looking for someone who: Previous office experience is a must Has excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable working with computers, email and learning new systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, punctual and able to multitask Is a team player with a positive attitude If you are someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team, we would lover to hear from you. Full Time Positions Available

• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
• Strating Pay $20.00 and up per hour based on experience
• Performance Review every 6 months with possible pay increase What We offer:
