Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using warehouse management systems . Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and documenting orders accurately using inventory management software and ERP systems Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers to load and unload trucks efficiently Maintain precise inventory records through data entry and stock management tools, ensuring stock levels are accurate for order fulfillment Coordinate with carriers for shipping logistics, scheduling pickups, and tracking deliveries to meet delivery deadlines Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards during shipment processing Conduct regular warehouse operations tasks including stocking, order picking, packaging, and cycle counts to optimize warehouse distribution workflows Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs Skilled in using pallet jacks, forklifts (preferred certification), and other warehouse equipment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, order accuracy, and inventory control Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities necessary for order processing Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping logistics practices is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise keeps our supply chain moving smoothly!
