Fulfillment and Dealership Support Specialist (part-time) Reports to: Operations / Logistics Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW
The part-time Fulfillment and Dealership Support Specialist is responsible for preparing and shipping CarChief IoT modules to automotive dealerships and assisting on the inbound call queue. This role ensures every module is correctly packaged and delivered on time, while serving as a point of contact for dealership inquiries—resolving basic issues directly and escalating others to the Dealer Success Partner as appropriate. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong customer service skills are critical in this position. Office and warehouse environment with Monday-Friday daytime hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Logistics Activating modules with our carriers. Package modules securely to prevent damage in transit. Generate and manage shipping labels, documentation, and tracking numbers. Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to ensure timely deliveries. Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory of modules, shipping supplies, and accessories. Communicate low stock or supply needs to the Operations Manager. Assist in cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Customer & Dealership Support Answer front-line dealership support calls via the call queue; resolve issues directly or escalate to the Dealership Success Manager as appropriate. Provide shipping confirmations and tracking details to dealerships. Respond to basic shipping-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize urgent dealership orders. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred. Experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or handling electronic devices a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience. Part-time position with flexible scheduling.

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
