This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, involving packaging, material handling, engraving, and general shop support. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Package, label, and prepare outgoing parts for shipment Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate counts and proper handling Inspect incoming materials and verify against purchase orders Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and documentation Material Handling & Shop Support Operate a fork truck to move materials, pallets, and finished parts Perform engraving on parts as required (training provided if needed) Assist with staging jobs, organizing inventory, and maintaining workflow Support production teams with miscellaneous tasks as assigned Housekeeping & Facility Care Keep shipping area, warehouse, and shop floor clean and organized Empty garbage, manage recyclables, and maintain general shop cleanliness Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE Qualifications Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Fork truck experience required (or willingness to be certified) Comfortable working in a CNC/industrial environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic computer skills for labeling, documentation, and inventory tasks Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Schedule & Benefits Full‑time position Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance, 401(k), and other company benefit
