Donovan Marine is a wholesale distribution company providing boating product retailers with the highest level of total service, on time delivery, and industry-leading customer service. We supply the Marine Boating aftermarket with over 60,000 SKUs from a 100,000 sq ft office and warehouse located in Grimes, IA. We're looking for people to join our warehouse team! Our Grimes IA location is seeking dependable, efficient, detail-oriented warehouse team members. Warehouse associates are cross-trained and valued in order picking, order shipping, merchandise receiving and inventory control functions. Our warehouse utilizes a state-of-the-art paperless warehouse management system that guides and directs warehouse processes.

Requirements:

Must be accurate, hardworking, and dependable Comfortable working with computerized systems Ability to work well in a busy fast-paced environment Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to stand and or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift Ability to work mandatory overtime to support the cyclical nature of the business Ability to squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, push and pull on a frequent basis Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally and over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift
