Overview Monday-Friday Schedule Join our dynamic team as a Receiving & Inventory Clerk and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for managing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth distribution processes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and organize parts, materials, and supplies in designated warehouse locations. Create and print control panel wire markers and product labels accurately and efficiently. Track and document received materials to maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with routine cycle counts and inventory audits to support inventory accuracy. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials. Photograph shipments, products, and packaging for documentation and recordkeeping purposes. Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed. Perform light wiring, assembly, and layout tasks according to work instructions. Collaborate with assembly, layout, and other departments to support efficient workflow and production schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety procedures. Support general warehouse operations and perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving role preferred. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 50 lbs) Basic hand tool experience for occasional assembly or layout assistance. Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking received parts. Team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Physical ability to load/unload materials repeatedly while maintaining safety standards; flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
