KinderCare is seeking Lead Teachers for our Ogden center to guide engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. In this on-site role, you will design curriculum, lead classroom activities, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that nurtures each child's potential. You will partner closely with families, mentor assistant teachers, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily lessons for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Observe, assess, and document children's progress to inform instruction and share updates with families. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians about child development and center activities. Lead and mentor assistant teachers, modeling best practices in early childhood education. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Manage classroom routines, behavior guidance, and transitions effectively. Collaborate with center leadership and colleagues to support center-wide initiatives and events. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by Kinder Care and regulatory bodies.
