Job Overview Westell is looking for a reliable Shipping Associate to help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll support shipping, inventory, and material handling processes to ensure products are accurately packed, tracked, and shipped to customers. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts using RF scanners and SAP Pick, verify, and prepare materials for customer orders Pack, label, and prepare shipments based on customer requirements Process shipments with UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing deliveries Process inventory transactions and transfer orders in SAP Monitor shipping and inventory reports Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Equipment Used RF scanners, computers, pallet jacks, forklifts/order pickers, shrink wrappers, scales, and other warehouse tools. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years of warehouse or material handling experience Knowledge of inventory control practices Forklift certification required Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a moderate warehouse environment
Pay:
$19.50 - $22.00 per hour
