In this role, you will be responsible for managing the processing of returned goods, ensuring accurate inventory updates, and facilitating smooth reverse logistics workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems and shipping logistics. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction within a dynamic distribution environment. Must be great with Computers Responsibilities Receive and inspect returned items to verify condition and compliance with return policies Record return transactions accurately using warehouse management systems and ERP software such as AS400 or similar platforms Update inventory records promptly through data entry and inventory management software Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to load, unload, and transport returned goods safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners Prepare returned items for restocking or disposal, including packaging and labeling according to company standards Manage shipping logistics for outbound returns, including scheduling pickups and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable Maintain detailed documentation of return activities, including tracking numbers, reasons for return, and disposition status Collaborate with customer service teams to address return inquiries professionally and efficiently Support order fulfillment processes by assisting with picking & packing, order picking, and inventory stocking as needed Ensure adherence to trade compliance standards and company policies throughout the return process Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics roles Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and inventory management software Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, including international trade regulations when applicable Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Basic math skills for accurate data entry, inventory counts, and transaction calculations Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and with customers Prior experience in order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, or trade compliance is preferredThis position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations while supporting our commitment to quality service. Pay:
