The Shipping Associate will inspect, package and prepare for shipping a variety of custom exhibit, retail and environment products from Moss production. The position performs both packaging and shipping department functions.

Hourly rate:

$20.00 - $25.00 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect product prior to packaging for quality Package products using kraft paper, foam, bags, cores and other materials Make boxes using a Packsize automated box making machine Use strapping machine to seal boxes, some large and up to 75 lbs. Package large projects into crates and skid size boxes Prepare shipping labels and documents using Moss business system Schedule truck and air freight pickups as needed. Communicates with Project Managers and other internal staff in person, via email and phone regarding shipments Requirements Packaging or Shipping Department experience required High school diploma or GED equivalent Aptitude to see a custom project and determine best way to package it to protect it during shipping Knowledge of FedEx, UPS and truck shipments a plus Able to work in a fast paced environment Able to lift up to 75 lbs Stand for 8-10 hours per day Available to work overtime on short notice Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off Short Term & Long-Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources
