Job Overview Join our fast-paced warehouse team as a Fulfillment Associate 2! You'll help keep orders moving by ensuring accurate picking, packing, inventory, and warehouse operations. POSITION SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Associate 2 is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, processing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Fulfillment Associate 2 may also assist with inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and resolving order discrepancies while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble parts and components according to work orders.
• Read and follow work orders and job instructions.
• Verify merchandise information and inspect products for damage or defects.
• Pick materials from designated stocking locations.
• Prepare, package, and shrink-wrap products for shipment.
• Rotate between various jobs and workstations on the production line as needed.
• Use packaging tools and equipment safely.
• Perform basic math calculations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work effectively with team members to meet assembly and production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Previous mailroom or clerical experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting approximately 95% of the time.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and packaging tasks.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay:
