In this role, you will assist in preparing, plating, and serving meals according to healthcare dietary guidelines and resident care plans. Responsibilities include following safe food-handling procedures, maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas, and accurately following portion and diet restrictions. You will collaborate closely with nursing and food service teams, assist with inventory, restocking, and dishwashing, and provide respectful, friendly service that supports resident comfort, nutrition, and overall well-being.
