This position is responsible for preparing, packaging, handling, and shipping products accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials and products. Pick and prepare orders for shipment. Package products securely and accurately. Create label, label boxes, packages, and shipping documents correctly. Schedule shipping Load and unload shipments safely. Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as needed. Fork lift/truck certification is a plus, however we can certify you once you start. Verify quantities, product information, and shipping details. Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records. Keep the shipping and warehouse areas clean and organized. Follow company safety procedures and shipping requirements. Communicate with production, purchasing, and management regarding shipping needs. Report damaged products, shortages, or shipping discrepancies. Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and materials. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical duties throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills preferred. Must be safety-conscious and able to maintain a clean work area. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, organized, safety-minded, and committed to getting shipments prepared accurately and on time.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
