1st Shift - $18.50/hr Lebanon, IN Pro Resources is looking for a Shipping Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become a direct position for the right person. We're looking for someone who has previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience and is comfortable working with computers, paperwork, and drivers throughout the day. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred, but we're also open to candidates who have solid shipping experience and are not bilingual. Schedule Monday-Thursday, 4:30 AM-3:00 PM Overtime is available as needed. Pay & Benefits $18.50/hour Weekly pay Benefits available Potential to become a direct employee What You'll Be Doing Preparing shipping paperwork and documents for outgoing orders Processing shipments and entering information into the inventory system Printing and distributing pick tickets Entering production receipts and keeping inventory records accurate Getting freight quotes and coordinating pickups with LTL carriers Scheduling trucks and communicating with drivers Assisting drivers and customers when they arrive for pickups Receiving finished goods into the shipping department Helping with other shipping and receiving duties as needed What We're Looking For Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Able to learn different shipping and inventory software Good communication and organizational skills LTL freight or truck scheduling experience is a plus Experience shipping to large retail customers is a plus If you have shipping experience and are looking for a 1st shift schedule with a four-day workweek, we'd love to hear from you.
