Shift Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Join Our Team! Bonfiglioli USA is looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped on time. What You'll Do Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule. Verify products, quantities, destinations, shipping methods, and other order requirements. Load and secure freight safely and accurately. Complete shipping documentation and Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) as required. Follow Standard Work Instructions and established quality procedures. Operate material-handling equipment safely after appropriate training. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Properly handle, store, and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly 5S activities . Work closely with team members and department leadership to meet shipping goals and customer delivery requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping Lead or Department Manager. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; trade school experience is a plus. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Basic computer skills. Previous warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn how to safely operate various material-handling equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, stretch, and move materials. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 30 pounds and maneuver cumbersome or awkward items. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to accept direction and constructive feedback professionally. Willingness to learn, listen, and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business needs.
