What You'll Do The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail, shipments and deliveries. Day to Day Responsibilities (Limit to most important/top 10 duties if possible) Notifies departments of receipts of goods, equipment, etc. Maintains a clean, neat and well-organized work area. Order, organize, maintain and stock coffee supplies. Operate and maintain mail machine. Maintain adequate stock of supplies. Prepare and distribute interoffice, bulk and standard mail pieces. Liaison for USPS account. Oversees second floor copy machine at the Zoo. Packs and loads merchandise, supplies and general packages for shipment. Assists in management FEDEX account,.

What We're Looking For Must Haves:
(required for the role) High school diploma Must have the ability to use mobile devices, computer, phone, and copy machine. Must have the ability to operate a forklift.
