Key Responsibilities & Details Position Summary:

The Shipping Coordinator is accountable for all Shipping functions. They will ensure that our customers will consistently receive the very best quality of goods.

Essential Job Functions:

proper counts/labels/load numbers/BOLs/Packing Lists/timeliness, and overall attention to detail for each shipped load. This also includes the visual aspect of our loads leaving the building as each should look amazing. Accountable for the management of the workflow of the department. This includes the ability to view the daily ship schedule, predict the needs, plan, and then execute in advance of problems occurring which could lead to a violation. Accountable for the re-allocation of goods, maintaining warehousing location systems, receiving, shipping, and inventory counting, to always ensure accuracy of goods in warehouse. Lead the team in day-to-day tasks; including efficient materials movement, safe travel practices, proper labeling, paperwork processing, and an overall commitment to Next Generation Quality standards (tape, boxes crushed/torn, shrink-wrap, labels, etc.) Manage multiple priorities against tight deadlines by continuously maneuvering the workforce to meet the workload. Communicate through Teams so all parties are aligned at all times with regards to the status of each truck being loaded and released. Implement and abide by all F&M safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to: Accident reporting, Forklift Safety, and Housekeeping. Maintain clean and safe work environment ensure all GMP's are followed, including proper use of PPE Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, arriving on time and ready to work each day. Demonstrates clear and professional communication with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Effectively manages time, tasks, and priorities to meet deadlines and support team goals. Produces accurate, thorough, and high-quality work in alignment with company standards. Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations while upholding company values and standards. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft365. Demonstrated ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Certified Forklift and Clamper capability Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse personalities.
