Work proficiently in a team environment. Deliver product from holding area to appropriate location. Palletize orders and prepare for shipment. Print pick lists at appropriate times as needed. Process orders and create tracking labels and waybills / BOL's. Enter tracking information in appropriate locations. Add freight costs to pick list. Prepare all necessary shipping labels and documents as required. Determine and call appropriate freight carriers with cooperation and communication from other shipping personnel. With assistance from customer service, research and rectify shipping discrepancies and concerns. Keep track of back-order shipments. Ensure a safe work environment. Assist in training, as required. Assist other team members when needed. Perform other duties as required.
