A Shipping or Receiving Clerk tracks all incoming and/or outgoing shipments at a company facility and checks that shipment orders are filled correctly. Uses scanning equipment to track inventory. Works in receiving to check shipments that are primarily production materials or company supplies, or checks outgoing shipments of finished products.

Job Description:
Receive and check college deliveries Deliver mail to student boxes Enter parcel notices into the Notifi system Deliver and pickup mail and other materials at various locations across campus Wait on students and staff who come to the Mailroom/Copy Center/Shipping & Receiving Window Fill departmental supply orders Assist in binding, trifolding, and other operations of the Copy Center Cover the office in the absence of full-time staff Other duties as assigned.
