Integrated Vendor Group On Demand Production Specialist Job Description IVG is a produce on demand facility specializing in digital printing including die cutting and bindery, wide format printing, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl decorating, screen printing and fulfillment. We are located in Holland, MI serving national clients. Position Purpose Because of our recent growth we are looking to immediately hire a person to do hand bindery and fulfillment in our production center in Holland, MI. Essential Functions 1. Helping intake and organize orders for production 2. Finish packing production complete orders and prepare them for shipment 3. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current. 4. Participate in training activities, committee or other special assignments as requested. 5. Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by the Director of Operations; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite. Full time hourly position of 40 hours or more per week. Paid Holidays after 60 days of continuous employment Minimum of $19 to start with reviews after 60 days and yearly thereafter. 1 day of PTO for every month employed up to 10 days per year.
