PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
Schedule shipments and manage shipping and receiving paperwork; inventory control management; general administration support for the manufacturing team.
BACKGROUND REQUIRED
High School Diploma Should have reading, writing, communication, and math skills Customer relations experience Basic skill and understanding of computers
SPECIAL SKILLS
Should have standard knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CMS/MRP Systems Working knowledge of export documentation Successful completion of training on Customer Portal use.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track containers Create and send Bill of Ladings and ASNs in CMS Process receipts Track and process all carriers Process customer internet-based requirements Housekeeping UPS and FedEx Process and delivery Monthly physical inventory processing, posting, and reporting. Perform cycle counts on FGS / Components and WIP weekly inventory. Provides EDI and MRP system support for users. Monday through Friday; Saturdays as needed 40 hours per week and overtime as needed
