This position is responsible for preparing shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, logistics, and warehouse operations , and is comfortable operating equipment, managing documentation, and working with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process shipping documentation for outgoing orders. Create and complete Bills of Lading (BOL) . Process and ship Customer Orders (COs) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and print required forms. Generate and process shipment invoices . Prioritize and manage pick lists to meet shipping deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability for shipments . Obtain and review shipping and freight quotes when needed. Pick, pack, and ship products according to company standards. Facilitate the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process. Work with Customer Service to resolve shipping discrepancies and errors . Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to move products safely. Qualifications 2-5 years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience required Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment required Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification required Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel required) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred UPS Worldwide shipping knowledge is a plus Skills & Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and maintain workplace safety standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including overtime when needed Strong teamwork and communication skills
