Receiving Associate /
Forklift Operator Location:
Rogers, MN Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00+ BOE per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Receiving Associate / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for receiving inbound shipments, unloading and inspecting incoming materials, operating a forklift, and ensuring inventory is accurately received and organized within the warehouse. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Operate a forklift to move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse Verify received items against packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documentation Accurately enter and process receiving information using warehouse systems and technology Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory control activities Support warehouse operations and special projects as needed Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
Qualifications Required:
Reliable attendance and strong dependability Ability to safely operate a forklift or willingness to complete forklift training Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and technology skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures Prior forklift operating experience and/or forklift certification
Preferred:
