Job Description
Job Summary The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will support daily shipping and receiving activities while also assisting with printing, scanning, binding, assembly, and supply inventory. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, a team-oriented environment, and the opportunity to build long-term stability with a company that values reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication. Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using UPS and USPS.
- Print, scan, assemble, cut, bind, punch, and organize documents and related materials.
- Stock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and help maintain an organized work area.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members by email, phone, and in person.
- Follow established procedures while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Assist with product assembly tasks that may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting. Compensation and Benefits

$19.00 per hour, W2.Job Type:
Contract/Temporary, temp-to-perm opportunity.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Location:
Saint Paul, MN 55110. Required Qualifications and Skills- Support shipping and receiving functions using UPS and USPS.
- Complete document production tasks including printing, scanning, binding, cutting, punching, and assembly.
- Maintain supply inventory and stock materials as needed.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to support daily operations.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred in shipping, receiving, warehousing, office services, printing, or document production.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn processes quickly.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while completing assembly or production tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support role. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with basic printing, binding, scanning, or mailroom operations.
- Prior experience in a shipping and receiving, warehouse, office services, or document production environment.
- Comfort working in a client-facing support role.
