Shipping Operations Accurately package products, equipment, and materials to ensure safe transportation and compliance with customer requirements. Create and print shipping labels using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and other carrier software. Prepare shipments for domestic and international destinations. Generate and maintain shipping documentation, including packing slips, commercial invoices, and export-related paperwork as needed. Verify shipment accuracy, including quantities, serial numbers, part numbers, and destination information. Coordinate carrier pickups and assist with freight shipments (LTL, parcel, and international). Receiving Operations Unload and receive incoming shipments. Inspect incoming materials for damage and verify quantities against packing slips, purchase orders, and freight bills. Accurately document and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or delivery issues. Move received materials to appropriate warehouse or production locations. Inventory & Records Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. Update inventory transactions and shipment information in company systems. Organize shipping materials and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. The US base hourly range for this position is $23.54-25.00/hr + benefits. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience. Experience printing shipping labels and preparing shipping documentation. International shipping and export documentation experience is a plus. Ability to operate material handling equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
