M-F About the Role This role is responsible for processing and shipping all UPS/Fed Ex Parcel shipment. This position will pick and package parts per Sales Orders as needed. This position will also load outbound product per items identified on the BOL. Responsibilities Process items shipped into Epicor. Prepare related documents Process Sales Order Shipments Pick and ship orders per Sales Orders. Process UPS and Fed Ex Parcel shipments Electronically File all packing slips, shop orders that have been closed. Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to customers/suppliers Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with actual shipments Load LTL trucks with outbound freight. Unload LTL freight as needed. Coordinate with internal departments on shipment priorities. Execute additional tasks as needed Experience Shipping/Receiving experience preferred. Warehouse experience High school diploma or GED preferred Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skills Forklift experience Resourceful, problem-solver, able to prioritize and multitask Detail oriented and organized Able to communicate effectively with great people skills & a sense of humor Team player with a positive attitude Self-motivated and work independently with minimum supervision Unshakeable integrity Physical Demands Position requires approximately 40% sitting, 40% walking and 20% standing. The ability to use hands to handle or feel is required on a frequent basis. The ability to reach with hands and arms and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl on an occasional basis is required. Also, the position requires the ability to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken words. Clear vision at 20 inches or less and at 20 feet or more is required. The ability to identify and distinguish colors is required. This position also requires peripheral vision and depth perception. The ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis is required. Job holder must work near moving mechanical parts on an occasional basis and is exposed to outdoor weather conditions on a consistent basis. This position is exposed to moderate noise (e.g., business office machines such as computers and printers, light traffic).
