Senior Online + Receiving Associate Pacifier Kids Position Summary The Senior Online & Receiving Associate serves as the second-in-command within warehouse and online fulfillment operations. This role acts as the operational lead in the absence of the Manager of Operations Services and plays a critical role in executing, supervising, and optimizing daily receiving and online fulfillment functions. This position combines hands-on operational excellence with frontline leadership. The Senior Associate ensures inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, quality control, and exceptional customer fulfillment standards while supporting team development and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Execution & Oversight Lead and actively participate in daily warehouse and online fulfillment activities including unloading, receiving, processing, ticketing, storing, transferring, picking, packing, shipping, customer care, returns, and inventory control. Serve as team lead during assigned shifts, ensuring workflow priorities are clearly communicated and executed efficiently. Monitor and communicate daily productivity metrics and ensure service level standards are consistently met or exceeded. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement real-time solutions to maintain operational flow. Leadership & Team Support Act as the primary support partner to the Manager of Operations Services in overseeing all warehouse and fulfillment functions. Provide frontline supervision, coaching, and training to team members to drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Assist with onboarding and continuous skills development for associates. Deliver constructive, actionable feedback and reinforce performance expectations. Step into leadership role in the Manager's absence to maintain continuity of operations. Inventory & Quality Control Execute and enforce inventory accuracy processes including cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution. Ensure proper receiving procedures are followed to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrink. Support implementation and adherence to quality control standards across all operational areas. Monitor damages, errors, and returns to identify root causes and corrective actions. Process Improvement & Organization Support layout optimization of warehouse and fulfillment areas to maximize productivity and safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Assist in testing, recommending, and implementing operational best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and change management efforts. Financial & Performance Support Support expense control initiatives including supply usage, damages reduction, and shipping efficiencies. Assist in staffing coordination and shift planning to align labor with business needs. Track key performance indicators and provide reporting support to the Manager. Qualifications & Requirements 1-3 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or online fulfillment experience. Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active warehouse environment. Regular and reliable attendance is required. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to consistently meet and exceed expected KPIs. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate peers and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

$20/hour Minnesota Sick and Safe Time 401k with 3% match (after 1 year)
