Job Summary We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Truck & Receiving Associate to help manage incoming deliveries and keep our receiving area organized and running efficiently. This position is primarily focused on unloading trucks, moving and organizing pallets, and getting product ready for the appropriate departments . This is a great role for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and take initiative. The position involves physical work, including lifting 50+ pounds and operating pallet jacks and power equipment. Schedule Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM What You'll Do Unload incoming grocery and store deliveries Safely move pallets and merchandise using pallet jacks and power jacks Organize and stage product for the appropriate departments Keep the receiving area and backroom clean and organized Rotate product using FIFO (First In, First Out) Check dates and help ensure product is properly rotated Break down and organize pallets as needed Communicate with department managers regarding deliveries and product Maintain a safe and organized receiving area Help with basic maintenance and other store tasks as needed Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and merchandise Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For Dependable and reliable Comfortable working independently Able to lift and move 50+ pounds Comfortable operating pallet jacks and power jacks Organized and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently and stay on task Understands FIFO and product rotation Willing to help with basic maintenance Good communication skills Previous receiving, warehouse, grocery, or stocking experience is helpful but not required
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 29.0 per week
