$20.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)

Mahtomedi, MN Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products move efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience, strong computer skills, and experience entering inventory transactions into an ERP system. Candidates with stand-up forklift experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy and damage Process inventory receipts, material movements, and shipping transactions within the ERP system Pick, package, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation Coordinate outbound shipments with freight carriers and shipping software Organize and store inventory while maintaining accurate stock locations Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy Follow FIFO inventory practices and maintain organized warehouse storage Communicate inventory discrepancies or shipping issues with the appropriate departments Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support other warehouse and inventory functions as business needs require Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Strong computer and data entry skills Experience manually entering inventory transactions into an ERP system Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Forklift certification Experience operating a stand-up forklift Manufacturing or inventory control experience Experience with cycle counting and inventory management Familiarity with shipping software and freight documentation Experience with M1 ERP or a similar ERP system Why Join Us?
