We are seeking a reliable and efficient Hardware /Stock Room Attendant to join our team. The Hardware/Stock Room Attendant will be responsible for selecting, counting and preparing bolts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities

• Work directly with all of the Material Department.
• Read and interpret pick tickets to determine items to be picked
• Locate and retrieve items from designated storage areas
• Inspect items for damage or defects
• Package items according to company standards.
• Ensure accuracy of orders by double-checking items and quantities
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management
• Maintain PPE for employees and distribute as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

The Hardware/Stock Room Attendant will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. The position may require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts and other required equipment. The Hardware/Stock Room Attendant will be required to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
