Temp Description Hire Dynamics is searching to fill a Shipping and Receiving Associate in N. Charlotte! A shipping and receiving associate to support warehouse fulfillment while taking primary responsibility for returns processing and quality control.

Responsibilities for this fiberglass warehouse associate job include: Receive and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, supplier documentation, and expected quantities. Verify incoming shipments for quantity, item accuracy, and shipping discrepancies; document and report shortages, overages, substitutions, or transit damage Receive, inspect, test, and evaluate returned products to determine the appropriate disposition—return to inventory, rework, repair, or scrap—and perform basic troubleshooting, cleaning, repair, and repackaging when authorized. Process returns accurately in SAP and the designated returns portal, ensuring inventory locations and transaction records are updated in real time. Perform cycle counts, spot checks, discrepancy investigations, and annual physical inventory support. Monitor inventory-accuracy, returns, and quality metrics; identify anomalies, defect trends, and potential systemic issues Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. One to three years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, returns management, quality control, distribution, or a related environment. Ability to accurately count, sort, inspect, and verify products and to follow written shipping, receiving, testing, and disposition instructions. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office tools for recordkeeping, tracking, and reporting. Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
